curd :40 grms
ghee :5 grms
: Cut palak roughly and boil it , add green chilly and a piece of ginger while boiling
: After Cooling down , grind the palak in mixer dont add water while grinding
:Add whey ,ajwain seeds ,salt in wheat flour
: Knead the wheat flour with palak puree , if required then add water as per choice
: Add Onion , cumin powder , red chilly , amchur powder, salt in paneer
: put the paneer stuffing in wheat ball and roll it and roast the paratha n put ghee on it
:Palak Paneer Paratha is ready serve it with curd
