Rice: 50 gm

Kesar: 1 gm
Almond: 20 gm
Green elaichi: 0.5 gm
Water: 20 ml
Soak rice for minutes and grind into a coarse paste.
In a pan, heat milk till it comes to a boil.
Lower the flame and add kesar water, sugar and rice mixture. Mix well and allow to simmer.
When it starts to simmer, add water as required, chopped almond, green elaichi powder and stir well.
Continue stirring till the mixture thickens.
Pour in serving bowl and serve chilled.
