soya granules 50 gms dry
onion 1 small
tomato 2 medium
oil 1 tsp
step soak soya granules in hot water
step wash and cut green methi
put oil in pan, then garlic
add chopped onion and cook until it will become traslusent
add tomato methi and cook for some time, then add sqeezed soya granules and cover for min.
serve hot or take in tiffin as lunch sabji
