Rava - 45 grams
Rice flour - 45 grams
Ghee/ oil - 10 grams
Onions - 1
Chopped green chili - 1
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 6-7
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
Mix suji, rice flour, salt with around grams water and mix well
Add chopped onion to the mix
In a small pan, heat around tsp ghee, add jeera hing and curry leaves and sauté for minutes. Then add, chopped green chilies and ginger and sauté for another - minutes. Add chopped green coriander and switch off gas
Mix the jeera, chilies mix with the suji batter
Dilute the batter to right consistency with water
Heat dosa tawa and prepare with grams of oil
Makes approx - dosa in this quality
