Lean lamb loin chops: 340 gm
Preheat broiler.
Combine everything except the lamb chops in a small bowl, and stir well.
Trim fat from lamb, and place chops on a broiler pan.
Broil minutes on each side.
Brush mustard mixture over chops.
Broil chops for minutes on each side or until the desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with mustard mixture.
