ketchup 25 gm
green chilli sauce 15 gm
soya sauce 10 ml
fish sauce 10 ml
garlic 4 cloves finely chopped
marination of chicken for mins. Take a bowl and mix chicken,ketchup,chilli sauce, soya sauce,fish sauce and olive oil ml. . Take a kadhai and pour the remaining oil. Add half of chopped garlic and finely chopped onion. Fry them for secs . Then Add the marinated chicken and fry it on low flame. Cover the kadhai with lid after mins of frying.Continue to cook till the chicken softens for approximately mins. .For preparing the dipping sauce: Take a small bowl . Mix lemon juice,pepper and water.Mix it well and add remaining chopped garlic. Decorate your plate and serve it with white rice.
