Millet: 60 gm
Olive oil: 10 ml
Soy sauce: 5 ml
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Red bell pepper: 1/2 or 25 gm
Spring onion: 1 big
Pepper powder: 1/ 4 tsp
Salt: To taste
Sliced red chilli: 1
Fresh basil: 7-8
Clean, rinse and boil millet with a little salt until done.
Strain the water and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil, add half of the garlic and cook till brown.
Remove half the garlic and keep it aside.
Add remaining garlic in a pan, add red bell pepper, onion chopped and sautue for a couple of minutes.
Now add the boiled millet, pepper, salt, soy sauce.
Now add sliced red chillies and basil leaves.
Mix it all together and serve with remaining burnt garlic on top.
