Mixed lentils - 50gms
Eggs - 2.5
Tomato : 1.5 medium
Onion : 2 medium
Mustard oil : 15 ml ( depends on your calories)
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chicken Masala/meat masala
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Soak the mixed lentils for mins or directly wash and pressure cook for - whistles
Chop onion , tomatoes , greens chillies,
Whisk the egg and keep it ready in side
Take a pan , add oil and then add onion , Ginget garlic paste ,tomatoes, chillies and spices . I like it mushy so I cook it till oil leaves sides or tomatoes are completely cooked
Then add the whisked egg into it , do not mix it immediately . Let that settle down a bit then mix it and break it to scrambled egg pieces
Add the mixed lentils and cook it for minutes
