All purpose flour :100gms( add 80 gms initially and 20gms later at step 8)
Whey protein : 1 scoop
Dry Yeast: 4gms
Dry fruits finely chopped : almond flakes/pistachios/ cashews/raisins : 20gms altogether
Oil:2gms
Normal water
Salt as per taste
Stevia as per taste
STEPS: . Take a bowl . Add dry yeast and add luke warm water to yeast . Leave it for mins till it turn out to a creamy texture . To the same bowl add all purpose flour . Dry fruits chopped , salt & stevia . Start mixing slowly by adding water gradually . Now add scoop whey protein and knead it to a smooth dough . Point to note : after adding whey protein powder it will become a bit sticking, keep kneading until you get a perfect dough by adding gms of dough gradually . Once dough is ready take Γ airfryer pan . Brush some oil to it , place the dough and keep it covered for half an hour , let the dough increase size /grow . After / an hour , brush the top layer of dough with some oil and place it in air fryer . Airfry the bread dough for mins at degrees ( use temperature according to your airfryer or oven as it depends from brand to brand) . Take out once its ready from airfryer and let it cool completely placing it on some wire rack giving it ample space to cool from all sides . Slice accordingly and consume on daily basis within your macros( suggested to consume within - days) Store it in airtight container in dark place wrapping in foil or in paper bags before placing in container Note : As whey protein is added your bread will be slightly hard compared to other soft breads , but good for some snack time or breakfast with some toppings π When you reuse , toast it with some butter
