Ingredients

wheat bread-2slice

potato-30gm

paneer-20gm

ghee-5ml

spices-salt,red chilly,garam masala, coriander powder

Method

Step 1

take boiled potato mash it.

Step 2

take panner crumble it and mix in mash boiled potato.

Step 3

add all spices in it

Step 4

take besan in a plate add little water in it and all spices.

Step 5

take slice of bread add stuffing on top of it.

Step 6

cover with nd slice of bread

Step 7

now take sandwich and dip in besan mixture on both side.

Step 8

take a non stick tava add ghee put sandwich in it

Step 9

grilled both sides of bread in tava.

Step 10

wheat bread paneer pakoda is ready to serve hot.
