On a tawa fry roast walnuts and powder them in grinder In a bowl grate or crumble the paneer Add the walnuts powder , spices , green chillies , ginger garlic paste , mint coriander green chutney Combine everything well and make small Pattys On a medium heat tawa roast the both sides untill well done Or roast them in air fryer with oil or no oil Serve on plate with hung curd dip and njoy the meal
