Bottle gourd-200 g ( steamed )
Any millet flour-10 g ( I have used jowar)
Veggies-any 100 g (beans , carrots, cabbage, capsicum, spring onions etc )
Ginger garlic chillies- roughly ground
Salt
Black pepper
Boil or steam bottle gourd
In a grinder roughly grind half inch ginger, - garlic pods and green chili Keep half aside for adding for sautéing veggies
I the same grinder add boiled bottle gourd and grind it
In a pan heat g oil , add ginger garlic chilli paste and chopped veggies ,sauté them , not very soft , let them be little crunchy , add salt too
Add bottle gourd purée and some water, let it boil
Add water in millet flour, make a slurry, add it slowly to boiling soup stirring continuously
Add black pepper powder, chopped spring onions and adjust salt ,add any sauce as per your choice
