Wheat flour :35gms
Cabbage and mixed vegetables grated or finely chopped : 150gms
Oil as per macros
Soy sauce:1tsp
Cumin seeds & green chillies
Salt as per taste
Corriander leaves : optional
Turmeric powder pinch
Sabzi masala of your choice
Dough: .Make chapati dough and keep aside covered for mins
Stuffing : .Heat pan . Add oil, cumin seeds and green chillies and saute . Add cabbage and finely grated/chopped vegetables and corriander leaves and saute . Add salt, soya sauce , turmeric powder , sabzi masala of your choice and saute well and till vegetables and soft . Your stuffing is ready keep it aside
Momo shaping: . Take dough, roll it in to flat medium thickness small poori sized shapes . Now take momo maker if you have any( i used the ghujia maker) OR if you’re good at pleating momo’s you can stuff the stuffing and pleat the dough nicely (if you use any momo maker make sure you grease it will lil oil so that it wont stick)
Last step: Now place the momos in momo maker and steam for -mins Tip: I used Idli steamer and placed momos in Idli stand so you can use idli stand instead of momo maker if you dont have any If you have idli maker and don’t have steamer , place momos in idli maker and place idli maker in cooker but dont put whistle on top just steam it for mins Make sure you add sufficient water in idli steamer / cooker at the bottom
