Soya chunks 40 gm garlic - 2/3 cloves Onion chopped - 40 gm capsicum chooped - 40 gm tomato chopped - 20 gm oil - 5 gm turmeric -1/2 tsp chilli - 1/4 tsp mustard seed and cumin salt to taste
*soak soya chunks and give it a boil with salt turmeric and some red chilli. *squeeze it and keep aside. *in a wok (I prefer cast iron wok as it works well even in less oil) take gm oil. heat it. *Add mustard seed and little cumin *Now add chopped garlic and all other vegetables *saute them for min and then add turmeric, and red chilli powder and saute well *Add cooked soya chunks and salt and let it cook for min stirring in between. yummy soya chunks are ready.. do give it a try (you can add some chat masala if eating it as snack )
