200 grms Vegetables (of your choice)
wheat flour 15 grms ( required as per binding)
salt as per taste
black pepper
red chilly powder
garam masala (optional)
green chilly
coriander
oil (2 grms approx)
Chop veggies long and thin ( I used carrot, capsicum, cabbage and cauliflower)
add wheat flour ( or any other flour that fits in your macros to bind)
Add all the spices and mix well.
Add a few drops of water if needed, Don't make the batter liquidy, keep it dry like tikki batter
Heat a pan and add a few drops of oil, spread the batter and cook it like a cheela.
Serve it with corriander and mint chutney.
