Cut Veggies for topping - 1. Red,Yellow, Green Capsicum - 150 gms 2. Onion - 75 gms 3. Green Olives - 20 gms 4. Sweet corn - 50 gms 5. Pineapple - 200 gms
Chilly flakes and Italian seasoning
In a large mixing bowl, take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix. Allow it to rest for minutes. Now add maida, salt and oil. Knead the dough by adding water as required.
Tuck the dough and form to a ball. Place in a large mixing bowl. Cover, rest and let it rise in a warm place for about hours. Punch the dough with fist to release down the air.
Place the dough on a dusted pizza plate. Flatten the dough by stretching with both hands. Then prick with centre of dough with the help of fork.
Spread pizza sauce leaving the sides slightly. Top with vegetable toppings of your choice. Then spread dices cheese and sprinkle chilly flakes and Italian seasoning.
In a pre-heated oven, bake it at degrees Celcius for about - minutes.
Slice and serve yummy hot pizza.
