Paneer: 100 gm
Beans: 50 gm
Carrot: 50 gm
Capsicum: 50 gm
Sweet corn: 50 gm
Peas: 50 gm
Onion: 100 gm
Tomato: 100 gm
Ginger: 1 inch long
Garlic: 4-5 clove
Tomato sauce: 20 gm
Oil: 10 ml
Salt: As per taste
Turmeric: 3 gm
Chilli powder: As per taste
Coriander powder: 3 gm
Black pepper powder: As per taste
Wheat flour: 50 gm
Cut beans, carrot, capsicum into inch long pieces. Now cut half of the onion into slices and finely chop the other half. Cut tomatoes into small pieces too.
In a pan, pour ml of oil. Add beans, carrot, onion(sliced), peas and corn. Sautue it on high flame for a minute.
Now add capsicum, salt and pepper and sautue it for - minutes. Take these vegetables out from the pan and keep them aside.
In the same pan, heat leftover oil and add ginger garlic paste followed by finely chopped onion.
When the onion turns golden, add tomatoes and sautue it until it becomes soft.
Add all spices to it followed by sautueed vegetables and tomato sauce.
Mix them well and sautue for another two minutes. Adjust the salt here and turn off the flame.
To enhance the taste add coriander leaves.
Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and knead dough with water. Make chapatis and serve it with lip-smacking Veg Jhalfrezi.
