2 multi grain breads
3 mini peppers
1 green onion
10 piece almonds
80ml milk
1 scoop whey
organic spring mix
lettuce
baby spinach
Take scoop vanilla flavored whey, ml milk, water(as needed) and splenda packets(optional) in a blender and blend well.
Chop mini peppers, green onion and add spices(salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, oregano)
Spread above chopped mixture on top of bread and spread cheese on top. Broil until cheese melts.
Take handful of organic spring mix, handful of lettuce and handful of baby spinach. Optional - add spices as per taste (salt, chaat masala), lemon drops Optional - garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds
Place almonds, veg cheese toast, salad mix in a plate. Pour protein shake in a glass. Serve hot and cold.
