Spinach(Palak) 100gm

Optional - Garlic/Onion - 1 tbsp

Tomato - Half

Method

Step 1

Boil spinach for min. . Grind spinach and chop paneer in small pieces . Sauté grinded spinach with half tomato and/or onion/garlic paste. . Add spices(salt, chilly, dry mango) as per your taste. . Add paneer to the mixture and keep it on low flame for - min. . Ready to eat Palak paneer
