Ingredients

Overnight soaked Fenugreek - 1tsp Overnight soaked split black urad dal - 20gm Soaked Rice - 10 gm Cumin - 1tsp Crushed Garlic - 4 cloves Grated coconut - 1 tsp Water(3 part of rice and dal measurement) Salt - required amount Gingerly oil - 1tbsp Curry leaves -5nos Cilantro - 2nos

Method

Step 1

Add the soaked rice,dal,fenugreek,cumin,water(use fenugreek,dal soaked water) and salt in pot.

Step 2

Cook in a pressure cooker(- whistles) or instant pot (high pressure mins).

Step 3

Add the coconut,curry leaves,cilantro and gingerly oil once the pressure is released and stir it well. (Have it with horse gram chutney,avial or chicken masala,fish curry)
