Paneer - 100gms Tomato - 60gms Coconut oil - 5gms Spices (Bay leaf,Cloves,cardamom)
Marinate gms paneer for mins with salt, chilli powder and haldi. Meanwhile grind tomatoes and make puree. Add gms coconut oil in an hot pan and add spices and tomato puree, cook for mins. Add salt and chilli powder (you can add jira,coriander powders if needed) when puree is cooked. Finally add paneer and cook for mins. Now serve hot.
