Start by frying the fish with turmeric and salt. Pick up the fish.
Add the bay leaf, fenugreek and tomatoes. Add the spices. Cook for mins.
Add some water and close the lid for - mins.
Now add the fish, slit chillies and keep cooking for another minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
