Salt, pepper, lemon, cumin, oregano, turmeric powder for seasoning
👉Blend tofu, black pepper, lemon and cumin along with milk of your choice 👉In a pan, add chopped garlic, onion and saute till light brown. 👉Blend blanched tomato and add the puree in the pan. 👉Add spices and Let the gravy boil 👉Add oval dollops of tofu mixture on top of the gravy as shown in the recipe picture 👉Let this cook on slow gas for about - min. 👉Garnish with coriander and serve with Chapati or bread.
