Whole spices
Capsicum.
Heat oil and add whole spices like cloves cinnamon and bay leaf.
Add chopped onion.
Saute till light golden
Add chopped garlic, green chillies
Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and cook till tomatoes are soft.
Add chilly Powder, Pepper Powder, cumin Coriander and Saunf powder.
Saute till masalas are cooked.
Add broccoli, carrot and Tofu.
Add salt and let them all cook.
Add chopped Capsicum.
Add pre cooked basmati rice and mix well.
Garnish with chopped Coriander and mint.
