Boil the potato Grate tofu Dip the bread in water and squeeze it Mix Boiled potato, grated tofu, wet and mashed bread, grated carrots You can use any vegetables like peas, onion, capsicum etc Add dry spices salt turmeric, garam masala, chat masala, amchur, red Chilli Shape in tilling form and air fry it. You can shallow fry as well in Pan. Serve it with chutney of your choice.
