Wheat Flour 50gms

Eggplant 100gms

Chickpeas 25gms

Butter 5gms

Salt, Paprika, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, Garlic as per taste.

Method

Step 1

To knead the dough for Pita Bread used flour,lukewarm water, yeast, salt.

Step 2

For Baba Ganoush, fire roasted eggplant and mashed it with chopped coriander, garlic, black pepper,salt, lemon juice and used boiled chickpea water to make it smooth and creamy.

Step 3

For Hummus, boiled chickpeas, removed the skin and made into a smooth paste using chickpea water, salt, garlic, black pepper and a pinch of paprika).
