Paneer - 50 gms
Sprouted chana and mataki - 50 gms
Thalipeeth atta - 50 gms
Ghee - 10 gms
Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, goda masala, salt - (as per taste)
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1tbsp
Boil sprouts, drain and grind them. Add little water while grinding.
In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.
Now make a firm dough using water. Add water slowly bit by bit, to make a tight dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts.
Heat the flat pan on medium heat, while you proceed to make the thalipeeth.
Now, to make the thalipeeth grease the butter paper with little ghee. If you are expert in making thalipeeth you can grease it with little water as well. Place a portion of small dough in the centre and start patting it using the fingers to make a small disc size. Make small holes, so the thalipeeth cooks evenly and becomes crisp. Transfer the patted thalipeeth on the tawa and carefully peel off the butter paper. Pour very little ghee around and let the thalipeeth cook on the base for few minutes on low flame. Flip over the thalipeeth and cook on the other side. Likewise, prepare the rest of the thalipeeth. Kindly note if you like onions, you can add finely chopped onions as well.
