Carrot 20g
Raw papaya 30g
Raw mango 30g
Mix salad leaves 20g
Cucumber 20g
Lemon juice
Apple cider vinegar 10ml
Chili flakes
Mustard oil 2g
Paprika powder

Salt
Prepare the dressing: Mix ACV, lemon juice, sweetener, salt, paprika, chili flakes and mustard oil ( you can use olive oil) for the dressing in a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to degree . Give your sweet potatoes a good wash and scrub. Cut the from between and air fry it for minutes.
Meanwhile boil edamame for minutes and keep it aside to cool. Now peel the skin of all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly. Take the papaya then slice it in half. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut all the vegetables into julienne and take out the seeds of edamame. Set them aside
Now take plate place the salad mix, then on top place the sweet potato, top it up with the cut vegetables and edamame. Then drizzle the dressing on the top of the salad… Here you go enjoy your fresh and crunchy salad…
