2. Sweet potato 100 gm
3. Lemon and curled parsley leaves
4. White pepper powder , salt
5. Butter 5 gm
6. Onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms (not measured)
Heat the pan well and add the butter. Let it melt. Add onion and sweet potato diced and cover and cook in low flame. Stir occasionally Once the sweet potatoes turn soft add the remaining veggies and spices along with tofu or paneer . Stir. Cover and cook for more minutes. Garnish with lemon and chopped parsley Serve hot
