soak sooji in half cup water for mins
bring milk to boil by adding some water
add soaked sooji and cook well.
Switch off gas. Add whey protien. add sugar free as per taste. Garnish with dryfruits (optional- as per ur calorie intake) serve hot or cold as desired.
