)Boil soya chunks for mins and strain the water out ) Heat gm ghee in a pan and put in chopped garlic cloves and chopped onion. Weight till the onion gets little brown. )Add washed and sliced mushrooms. Keep stirring for about minutes )Add boiled soya chunks and stir again for about - minutes )Add sliced green chillies )Add salt and chilli flakes to taste )Keep stirring for - minutes ) Voila😇😇 its ready!!!
