Sweet potato 100 gm
I use an old non stick covered Kadhai for this purpose as it’s my daily meal. Switch on flame 🔥 keeping it medium. Peel and wash sweet potato 🍠 and add them in the Kadhai and Cover. Let it cook covered for atleast min till you start getting a mild burning smell. Switch off flame and let it rest covered and cool a bit . Whenever you want to have take it out and enjoy the warm sweet potato sprinkled with chaat masala and dahi
