Oats -15 g
Ghee/ butter/oil- 3 g
Salt
All purpose seasoning
Chilli flakes
Tomato -50 g
Clean and chop spinach leaves and tomatoes
Beat eggs and add salt and oats
Mix eggs mixture , spinach, tomato
Brush oil on nonstick pan and spread egg mixture like omelette
Sprinkle all purpose seasoning and chilli flakes and flip and cook other side
Done !Enjoyyyy ! One egg can be replaced with one cheese slice, add it when omelette is cooked and fold it in half.
