Tapioca pearls/ Sago 30gm
Potato,boiled 50 gm
Peanuts, roasted and crushed 20gms
Ghee 5 gms
Asafoetida a pinch
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli 1nos
Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, salt - to taste
Lemon, Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Soak sago/tapioca pearls with water for an hour or two.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and green chilli.
Add soaked pearls along with peanuts.
Add boiled potatoes along with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix thoroughly.
Turn flame off once pearls become translucent. Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon.
