Chocolate flavour whey: 30 gm
Deflated soya powder: 20 gm
Wheat flour: 20 gm
Eggs: 2 whole
Butter: 10 gm
Cocoa powder: 10 gm
Milk: 50 ml
Baking powder: 5 gm
Sweetner (any - stevia , sugar-free)
In a bowl add whey, deflated soya powder, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, gms butter, baking powder, milk, sweetner and mix it all well for - minutes until a smooth batter-like consistency is formed.
Take a cake mould and coat it with remaining butter and sprinkle a little wheat flour over it.
Pour the batter into the mould and let it settle.
Take a pan add water to it and place a stand in the pan to place the mould over it.
Cover the lid and let the cake bake in the steam for minutes.
Check with a toothpick if the cake is ready.
If its ready remove it from the pan and let it cool for minutes and then remove it from the mould.
The cake is ready to be served (You can dribble some chocolate syrup on the cake).
