Soya: 30gm (powdered) Grains (semolina+rice flour): 50 gm Paneer: 50 gm Curd: 100 gm Mix vegetable (onion, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, spinach): 150 gm (chopped or grated) Spices & Salt: As per taste
Mix Soya, Grains, paneer, curd, vegetable and spices together with curd. Add water to get a slight thin consistency. Heat a non stick pan. Spread the batter. Cook from both side until brown. Enjoy with curd, coriander chutney🤗 P.S. Above measurements make three big Cheela.
