SOYA SERIES Recipe Soya Rice Chillas Calories = No of Serves= Rice = gm Soya= gm Curd =+ gm Veggies =+ gm OIL = .Soak rice and soya untill the are soft. .Don't sqeeze the soya chunks completely , Grind and make paste of it. . Grind Rice ,green chilli and ginger and make fine batter . .Add soya paste to it. . Heat the pan , spread the batter and top it with veggies . . Mix gms of Spinach paste with gms curd and water to make Spinach butter milk.
