soya chunks 25 g ,Rice 40 g ,lentils 25 g ,veggies as per your Choice, spices as per your choice, oil 5 ml

Method

Step 1

SOYA RICE INGREDIENTS Rice = grams Mixed dal = grams Soya mini chunks = grams Oil = grams Spices as per your taste Onion ,chillies, beans ,cauliflower, carrots finely chopped Curry patta ,cumin seeds and mustard seeds for tampering. Procedure = Take the assigned quantities of rice and dal and wash it with water to times and keep it aside. Meanwhile chopp all the vegetables. Now put a pressure cooker on a gas stove and add ml oil and once it is heated add cumin seeds ,mustard seeds and curry patta, also add Heeng in tadka, now add all the chopped vegetables and mini Soya chunks ,after to mins add all the masalas as per your taste and mix it well add last add Rice and dal and put some water for cooking and pressure cook it.
