Onion: 50gm Tomato: 50gm Spices like: black pepper powder chilli powder garam masala paneer masala salt coriander
Ghee/Oil: 10gm
Soak Soya Chuck's for min in a bowl and them keep in stove and boil for around min . Squeeze out the water and transfer to the bowl for marination and add paneer to the same bowl . Add all the above mentioned masala and leave for marination for above -min . Take a pan and add ghee to it and add cumin seeds and onion saute them till Golder brown then add tomatoes (in pieces or you can make puree out of it and add) then add the masalas and water to it, boil for a min it will form a thick gravy. . transfer the marinated soya-paneer to the gravy and adjust consistency by adding water and salt to it. . Boil for -min and garnish with coriander and sling onion leaves it's ready! you can have it with chapati rice or evening snack like Gobi. Please give it a try and let me know how you guys feel..
