Paneer 100gm
Soya flour 20gm
onion 25gm chopped
Green chilli 1 chopped
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon chopped
Black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt
Take a big bowl and grate paneer then add soya flour, onion, chili, coriander and all the masala.
Mix it well and make tikki.
Take a non-stick pan on medium flame dry roast soya paneer tikki. You use some oil while roasting, its optional.
Soya paneer kabab is ready. Here I served with green chutney π You can have with any of your favorite chutney and enjoy π
