Turmeric powder -1/2 Tsp
Green chillies - 2
Coriander powder -1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 Tsp
Salt -(as per taste)
Red Chilli powder -1/2 Tsp

- Add boiling water to soya chunks and soak for - mins.
-Squeeze the soya chunks to drain off the water.
- Add this to a mixer and pulse it to get Kheema texture.
- To a pan add oil and once heated add chopped onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and sauté till the raw flavour disappears.
- Add two chopped tomato along with spice powders (turmeric,chilli, coriander, cumin and Garam masala) and salt.
- Add some chopped coriander.
- Add the minced soya and mix it all together. Slow cook for - mins and done.
