Dry roast soya granules till dark brown. Let it cool down for mins. Make fine powder by grinding. Fry the soya in ghee in a pan add milk and sugar free(as per taste). Add warm water and cook til mixed well and little dry. Can be garnished with dry fruits. (If fits in your macros)
