Cook gms and keep it aside. . Wash soya chunks and boil for minutes, add salt. . Use strainer and squeeze soya chunks to remove soaked water. . Use a pan, heat gms ghee and add finely chopped ginger. . Add soya chunks and mix all ingredients well. . Turn the flame low and add green chillies. . Stir all ingredients well for minutes. . Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, keep stirring. . Add cooked rice and mix all ingredients well. . Cover the lid for to minutes, maintain low flame. . Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves.
