1 cup soya chunks (boiled in salted water and ground to a thick consistency) 2 tbsp grated carrot 2 tbsp grated beetroot 1 small tomato (finely chopped) 2 tbsp chopped onion (optional) 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste Spray oil for shallow frying
1 medium potato (boiled and mashed)
2 tbsp chopped capsicum-20gm
Mix the ground soya chunks, mashed potato, and all chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add the spices, ginger-garlic paste, and coriander leaves. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into flat tikkis.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly spray oil. Cook the tikkis on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip for a wholesome snack!
