Soya chunks 25 gm
Olive oil 8 gm
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
Diced onion 2 table spoons
Curd 50 gm
Banana 1/2
Steamed broccoli 100 gm
Cook rice and keep aside
Drop soya chunks in hot water for mins and remove and squeeze them to remove excess water and keep aside
In a pan add oil and onion and sauté until translucent then add your favorite spices salt and soya chunks and fry for a minute
Now add egg and cook for another - or until done
now Add cooked rice and fry for another - mins! Transfer in to serving plate
Finally assemble your dinner with some greens and yogurt topped with chilled banana ( you will not miss sugary sweets )
