whole wheat flour-30 gm
milk-120 ml
stevia-as per your taste
chocolate whey protein-60gm
Eno/Baking soda
Almonds-5gm(for garnish)
water
ghee-3 gm
Take soya flour or grind the soya chunks
Add wheat flour
Add Chocolate whey Protein
Now mix dry ingredients and add pinch of salt to it
Add milk slowly slowly and give a good mix to the batter until you get smooth paste
Add water if u didn't get desired consistency (It should be semi liquid form)
once you get the desired consistency ,let it settle for mins
Now after mins add Eno scahet to the mixture
Grease the microwave safe bowl with ghee and pour the final batter to it
Microwave the cake for - mins
once it is ready garnish with nuts of your choice.
