Soya granules: 50 gm
Peanuts: 5 gm
Ghee: 5 gm
Tomato: 100 gm
Onion: 100 gm
Green chilli: 1 piece
Lemon: 1/2 piece
Spices, as per taste: Salt, red chilli powder and chat masala
In a non-stick pan add gms ghee. Roast peanuts, take them out and then roast soya granules and transfer them to a bowl.
Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilly to it.
Add salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and mix well.
Squeeze a lemon on the top and mix(optional - add green chutney or tomato ketchup).
Soya bhel is ready to serve.
