Soya Chunks Powder 50gm Besan 30gm Ghee 10gm 100ml milk Tea
1 little spoon Tomato ketchup
Make a fine powder of Soya Chunks. Take gm Besan and add into it. Now add spices as per your taste. I added a pinch of turmeric powder, red Chillies powder, salt as per taste and spoon full of chopped green Chillies and coriander. Mix it Well with adding water into it. Preheat the Tawa and apply gm so that it would become easy to roll it over. And here m sorted for my breakfast. πππ High in calories as per my macros because m going to have only veggies in lunch with curd.πͺπͺπͺ Enjoy and do ask if anything you want to πππ€π€
