Oil 10 ml
Rinse the Noodles and let it dry for mins.
Put oil in pan, shallow fry onions.
Put cabbage, capsicum, mushroom, fry them.
Put salt and turmeric. Mushroom will leave water, let it dry.
Add paneer, fry it for - mins till it changes it's color.
Add Noodles, add soya sauce on it, fry it properly.
Put Maggi masala and schezwan sauce on top, mix it well. Your Paneer Noodles is ready for serve.
