Heat oil in kadai
Add grated garlic and onion and sauté
Add boiled soya after squeezing extra water and cook at low flame for till soya turns a Lil golden brown
Add capsicum and cook for mins
Add salt,schezwan chutney,soy sauce and mix well
Cook at low for more mins
Add water as per gravy requirements
Mix some water and cornflour and add In gravy
Cook till gravy thickens
Garnish with green coriander and some sesame seeds
